By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. In order to contract with UKHairWeaves you must be over 16 years of age and possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us. UKHairWeaves retains the right to refuse any request(s) made by you. If your order is accepted we will inform you by email and we will confirm our identity which you have contracted with. When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorised user of the Paypal account, credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods. All prices advertised are subject to such changes.


Please note: Our default currency is set to Great British Pounds (GBP). You may make use of our currency tool at the top right on our website as a guide. However, we only allow checkouts in GBP as you will note on the payment page. UKHairWeaves are not held accountable for any mistakes made by you as a customer regarding currencies.


1. Shipping

For security purposes, orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours Monday to Friday (UK Bank holidays are excluded) unless otherwise stated in the product description. For example, if you place your order on Monday it will be dispatched on Tuesday and you will receive it on Wednesday (UK customers). However, on most occasions, we do dispatch orders the same day, provided it is placed before midday (12pm GMT).


2. Courier Services/Insurance

For customers in the UK, all orders are dispatched using Royal Mail's 1st Class Recorded Delivery and Royal Mail's Next Day Special Delivery (guaranteed by 1pm), while international orders are shipped using either Royal Mail or DHL (you may choose your option at the checkout section). All orders are insured and tracked by your shipping courier.

4. Shipping Delays

UKHairWeaves are not held responsible for any shipping delays due to holidays, natural disasters, courier delays or mistakes made by you as a customer. Please note that UK bank holidays do not count as a working day and should be considered when calculating shipping times.


5. Failed Deliveries

All orders are shipped via Royal Mail UK or DHL to the address you provide. Tracking numbers are sent to your email address as soon as your item(s) has been dispatched. If you do not receive a tracking number, please let us know. 
All international orders are liable to pay the duty and VAT or custom fees. UKHairweaves are not responsible for these fees.
All orders placed will have to be signed for upon delivery. It is the customers responsibility to arrange for package pick-up if necessary. No refunds will be issued for refused or abandoned shipments.


6. Changes to orders/Exchanges & Returns Policy

Once you place your order, you may cancel and/or alter your order provided your order has not been dispatched**. Please note: cancellation of orders are liable to charges. Please review your order carefully before completing payment.

We do not provide refunds. However, exchanges are welcome* provided that you have not altered the hair extensions in any manner (this includes but is not limited to brushing, combing, washing, or removing the plastic security tag attached to hair extensions). If your item(s) meets these requirements you are eligible for an exchange.

If you have decided to exchange your order, do e-mail us within 3 working days from the date of delivery of your order. In order to speed up the process of an exchange please ensure your email contains the following:

a.) Your order number with your first and last name; 

b.) Reason for exchange. 

Once we have reviewed your email, if you are eligible for an exchange we will provide you with exchange details (a reference number and address). If you have not received exchange details you MUST NOT send your item(s) as orders sent for exchange with no prior acknowledgement or confirmation by UKHairWeaves will be disregarded.
After confirmation of exchange, you have 2 working days to send your item(s) to the exchange address provided with your exchange reference number, first name and last name included. Failure to send item(s) within the above timeframe means UKHairWeaves will no longer be able to provide you with an exchange. Customers who choose to exchange their item(s) are responsible for shipping their item(s) to UKHairWeaves and are responsible for shipping fees to receive their exchange.

*Custom colour orders, 3D Lace Collection orders and products purchased on a discounted/sale basis are ineligible for neither refunds nor exchanges.

** Pre-ordered products, 3D Lace Collection, Fuse Collection orders, Royal Curl orders, all Straight to Wavy Clip-In orders, and custom colour orders cannot be canceled once the order is placed.


7. Receipt of Faulty Product

As our hair extensions are of the highest quality we do note that it is unusual for any product to be defective. We always advise that you follow our maintenance guide once you receive/install your hair extensions as this will solve any issues you may have. However, in the rare occassion that if you have followed our guide and still feel that you have received a faulty product you must contact us via email within 30 days from the date of your purchase. Please include your order number in any email you send to us for reference. We will respond to your email in a timely manner and deal with any problems and concerns accordingly by taking steps that will be explained in the email.


8. Purchase related policies/Procedure

After placing an order, you will receive an email from us acknowledging that we have safely received it. This does not mean that your order has been accepted. All orders are subject to acceptance by us; UKHairWeaves will send you a second email to confirm acceptance and dispatch of your order. The contract between us will only be made when we send you an email to confirm acceptance and dispatch. Only the products listed in the email as being dispatched will be included in the contract.


9. Information about our products

UKHairWeaves attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, UKHairWeaves does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site are error-free. In terms of products, as our hair is virgin hair all bundles differ and no wave/curl pattern is guaranteed. This does not affect your statutory rights.


10. Availability

Items are subject to stock availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if all the products in your order are not available and we will cancel your order. If only some of the products in your order are available this will be explained to you via email. If you pay by credit, debit or store card we will not charge you for products that are not available.


11. Your Membership account 

To access your stored data on our site, you will need to input your account and password details (login details). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentially of your login details and any activities that occur under your account. If you have any concerns about your login details or think they have been misused, you should contact us straight away to let us know. We can deactivate your account at any time.

12. Special events 

From time to time UKHairWeaves will hold promotional offers. This is subject to our discretion.


13. Submissions

Customers may post reviews, comments, and other content; and submit suggestions, ideas, comments, questions, or other information, content must not be illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy, infringing of intellectual property rights, or otherwise injurious to third parties or objectionable and does not consist of or contain software viruses, political campaigning, commercial solicitation, chain letters, mass mailings, or any form of "spam." 
You may not use a false e-mail address, impersonate any person or entity, or otherwise mislead as to the origin of a card or other content. UKHairWeaves reserves the right (but not the obligation) to remove or edit such content. We have the right to refuse negative reviews that may harm or otherwise impact our marketing and/or brand name.
All content and material posted, unless indicated otherwise, grants UKHairWeaves a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sub-licensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content throughout the world in any media. You grant UKHairWeaves sub-licensees the right to use the name that you submit in connection with such content, if they choose. You represent and warrant that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to the content that you post, that the content is accurate, that use of the content you supply does not violate this policy and will not cause injury to any person or entity, and that you will indemnify UKHairWeaves for all claims resulting from content you supply. UKHairWeaves has the right but not the obligation to monitor and edit or remove any activity or content. UKHairWeaves takes no responsibility and assumes no liability for any content posted by you or any third party.
Customer photos become the rights of UKHairWeaves and may be used outside of our site on the internet, only to promote UKHairWeaves. Photos will not be altered or enhanced in any way. Photos will not appear on any other sites that are not related to UKHairWeaves.


14. User consent

Consent to receive notifications: By signing up to our website you are agreeing to receive notifications from UKHairWeaves. If you would like to opt out from this, please refer to your account to change your preferences.


15. Fraudulent activity

We take fraud seriously. Credit card fraud and theft of our merchandise will be prosecuted.

We may revise these terms and conditions from time-to-time. Revised terms and conditions will apply to the use of our website from the date of the publication of the revised terms and conditions on our website. Please check this page regularly to ensure you are familiar with the current version.
